InterDisciplinary Team	(IDT) This is the "team" that establishes care plans goals for an individual, especially in an Intermediate Care Facility for the Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR), and monitors the plans and goals. The IDT Review is referred to as the Annual Program Review at the State Centers.
