ICF/MR	Intermediate Care Facility for the Mentally Retarded

IDT	(InterDisciplinary Team) This is the "team" that establishes care plans goals for an individual, especially in an Intermediate Care Facility for the Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR), and monitors the plans and goals. The IDT Review is referred to as the Annual Program Review at the State Centers.
